The Royal Albert Hall

The Role

Do you want to create a magical Christmas experience?

We are looking for Christmas Stewards to ensure families are welcomed and guided during their visit. You will enjoy engaging with young children and families to spread Christmas magic, acting as an ambassador for the Hall and promoting its facilities and services across this busy period. You will have a genuine passion for providing fantastic customer service, both as an individual and as part of a team.

Previous experience is not essential but you will have a positive, proactive and confident approach to ensure the welfare and safety of our visitors.

Christmas Stewards will be working specifically on the Father Christmas events and selected hospitality roles.
