Role Outline
We are seeking to recruit an efficient and capable individual to join our team of Ticket Managers on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.  This role reports into the Box Office Operations Manager and is responsible for providing the event promoter with the best possible standard of service in respect of their events and supporting Box Office staff to deliver to the department’s service objectives.
 

The role is an exciting and lively mix of supporting event promoters with information and sales advice, ensuring the accurate event set up using the Hall’s ticketing software and acting as Duty Box Office Manager for performances on a rostered basis.

Although the position has no direct line management responsibilities, you will be required to lead and motivate a team of Box Office assistants to provide a high standard of customer service during your Duty Box Office Manager and phone room shifts. Strong leadership skills and a passion for improving standards are therefore essential. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service or box office experience and knowledge of ticketing systems.

This position is full time and involves shift work (including evenings and weekends).
