The role
 

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Technical Supervisor (Beyond the Main Stage) to join our Production & Technical team. The Technical Supervisor will help facilitate all technical aspects for a whole range of events appearing in our Beyond performance spaces. These include the Elgar room, Verdi restaurant, North Circle Bar and our arena bars such as the Berry Brothers Bar and the Heineken Green Room. The post holder will liaise with promoters, production companies and suppliers in order to support the technical production of all Beyond events. 

 
The person
 
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in all technical aspects of the entertainment industry. Candidates must have an excellent knowledge of sound and lighting, as well as an understanding of AV.

Applicants must demonstrate a team-oriented, enthusiastic and flexible approach and the ability to work well under pressure as events can change on a daily basis.  Integral to the position is an understanding and acceptance of strong Health and Safety practices. An established working relationship with industry practitioners and suppliers is desirable.

 
Please note that due to operational and rostering limitations, the Hall is not able to accommodate any new arrangements for holding more than one position. Therefore if you currently work at the Hall and are successful in being recruited for this role, you would be unable to continue working in your existing role.
