We are seeking an experienced and multi-skilled Building Services Technicians, with a strong mechanical and electrical background to support this historic and iconic building.
The successful candidate will ensure all services are functioning appropriately; respond to reactive issues generated on the helpdesk facility and show critical requirements. The successful candidates will also be expected to undertake planned mechanical and electrical projects, to a high standard.
Candidates must have a proven working knowledge of plant and domestic service systems and will have completed an appropriate apprenticeship with City and Guilds or similar and have other relevant qualifications such as 18th edition and 2391. Candidates will be confident in reacting to Building Services M & E systems requirements. We are looking for a credible and technically competent individual who can instill confidence in others, remain calm under pressure and fulfil the service delivery requirements of this fast-paced venue.
Candidates are expected to hold a full UK driving license and if required provide their own means of transport on an ad hoc basis. You will be working on a roster basis which will include day shifts, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
