The Royal Albert Hall is recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Partnerships Administrator to join our Partnerships team.
This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the department, with a focus on our annual hospitality clients, known as Private Box Partners. Key responsibilities include serving as a primary point of contact for these customers, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining all administrative tasks related to Private Box Partnerships. This role will ensure daily duties such as ticketing, invoicing, menu processing and all communication with Private Box Partners are kept up to date and delivered with meticulous detail.
This role will provide key administrative and operational support and assistance to the entire department, working closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager, Partnerships Manager and Private Box Partnerships Executive to support Partnerships at the Hall.
We are seeking a highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This admin-focused role requires balancing multiple priorities accurately while delivering excellent customer service. This role demands a strong administrative focus, so exceptional organisation and admin experience are vital.
